Founded in 1997, our facility was initially very modest, with just enough funds to purchase two tissue paper machines and one Napkin paper machine, along with a 300m² workshop. We only produced two products: tissue paper and napkin paper. However, with a clear direction of "producing genuine paper that delivers real value," everything we made sold out quickly, demand far exceeded supply. By the end of 1997 and into 2003, we reached an output of 300 tons per year.
Building on that initial success, we continued to invest in machinery and expand our factory. From 2004 to 2010, we focused on improving product quality and redesigning packaging to match trends. We introduced a new product—Mylan-grade toilet paper—meeting essential consumer needs, helping the factory reach an annual output of 600 tons.
From 2011 to 2017 marked a crucial phase as Vietnam deeply integrated into the global market. Consumer demand grew, and the market required more diversity in product design. Mylan introduced the Clasi tissue brand to serve export demands, continued to expand factory space, invested in more equipment, and enhanced production capacity. Many new product designs were launched to meet increasing essential needs, bringing annual output to 8,000 tons.
From 2018 to 2023, the company underwent a major transformation. We expanded the factory by more than 6 hectares and invested in numerous fully automated production lines, marking a significant milestone for Mylan. Thanks to the company leadership’s sound strategy, our annual production volume reached 20,000 tons.
Building on that success, in 2024 and 2025, Mylan continues to launch two new brands—Sofco and Tomié—while expanding into high-end, convenient consumer products such as “moist tissues, cotton towels, compressed towels, bath towels, dental floss picks, and food wrap.” This solidifies Mylan’s position as one of Vietnam’s leading premium consumer goods manufacturers, reaching an impressive annual output of 32,000 tons.
The company’s four main brands are accompanied by modern designs and a diverse range of products that strongly reflect Mylan's distinctive style.
In 2025, in addition to traditional distribution channels, Mylan will continue to strongly expand into supermarket (MT) distribution channels to enhance brand recognition in the market. Mylan's products are now available in various supermarket chains nationwide, gradually bringing our products closer to consumers.
